CAGAYAN DE ORO, Philippines – Mayoral and vice mayoral candidates will present their platforms and stand on key local issues during the Pag-ila 2025 forum on Saturday, April 26, streamed live from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan.
The event is jointly organized by the Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental chapter of the National Citizens’ Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL), the City COMELEC Office of Cagayan de Oro, and Xavier University through the Central Student Government-Office of the Vice President and the Social Involvement and Advocacy Program (SIAP).
The forum aims to provide a platform for the city’s voters to hear directly from their local candidates as they outline their vision and plans for Cagayan de Oro.
The livestream will be available on the official Facebook pages of Pag-ila 2025, Rappler, Mindanao Gold Star Daily, and PARASAT HD.
Viewers can also submit questions for the candidates through the liveable-cities chat room via the free Rappler Communities app.
